Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the cooks was observed to be rinsing their hands with their gloves on. Discontinue this practice.

Observation: Stand up cooler next to the hand washing sink had an ambient temperature of 17 C.

Comments

-A new high temperature dishwasher was installed and is NSF approved. It acheived 74 C at the plate level. Check daily.
-The ventilation hood will be repaired due to poor air circulation.
-Ensure that a prepared bleach solution is kept in the kitchen at all times.

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
No evidence of pests, provide the next pest control report to Fraser Health.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
