-FoodSafe Level 1 renewal brochure provided to the Deli manager.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The walk-in cooler and freezer were well organized.
The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 74 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is checked daily.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
