Comments

The following were discussed;
Discussed the need for written consent from all parents to administer any product with a DIN# including sunscreen and diaper cream.
Review of November sign in/out sheet, noted that several children were not signed out. Manager stated that parents use extended care program sheet to sign out at the end of the day as children leave their morning group and join the program called extended care for children who are staying after 4.45. Licensing staff discussed with the manager to revise sign in/out system to indicate the time when children leave their original group and they are moved to extended care program.

This inspection report was reviewed with the manager.
Thanks for your time.
