- Cold tap for hand sink in back kitchen is now working properly. All hand washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - Ice machine has been properly plumbed-in by a plumber. - Food safety plans for Filipino food menu items have been submitted, however some revisions are needed. - Facility has greater than 10 seats (license states 13 seats) and no dishwasher. Ensure only single-service utensils and dishes are served to/used by customers. No reusable dishware to be used by customers.
