Utensils have been purchased as requested - at least 3 of all high use utensils were found on site Used utensils getting stored in quat sanitizer and getting changed out (washed, rinsed, sanitized) after nearly every use - excellent Utensils in sanitizer bucket are considered used/dirty and are not used again until fully cleaned & sanitized New temp logs provided upon request - well maintained. Make sure staff know what to do if the temperatures aren't within the safety range!
