Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-CVVM6C of Sep-21-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 0ppm chlorine noted after dishwasher cycle. No chorine test strips present in facility to test sanitizer concentration. Operator indicated the test strip bottle dropped but nowhere to be found. Correction: Do not use dishwasher until it is adjusted or fixed.

Comments

A new bucket of chlorine is purchased. At least 50ppm chlorine is now noted on plate after dishwasher cycle. Chlorine test strips are also available in facility to test sanitizer concentration. Closure order rescinded. Facility may now re-open. **All other infractions must be corrected before next follow-up inspection.
