However, some grime build up the floor underneath the shelving units and edges of the base boarding. Corrective Action(s): More attention for cleaning required in these areas. Use commercial degreaser to remove grime build up. Clean these areas on a regular basis (as per Sanitation Plan) to prevent build up. Violation Score: 3

Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels at the dispensers. Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm (buckets & 3rd compartment sink). Front cold holding: eggs/cheese= 3.9 deg C; beans/cut veggies = 3-4 deg C Salad prep cooler: 3-4 deg C Hot holding: soup = 71 deg C; rice/quinoa = 69-71 deg C; beans = 68-70 deg C. Walk-in cooler was at 3 deg C. Temperature log was well-maintained. All food and food-related items stored off the floor. Manager on-site has valid Food Safe 1 certification. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Ensure pest control in place. Employees wearing clean uniforms and hairnets. Washrooms provided with sanitary facilities. General sanitation was satisfactory. Note: **Contact district EHO for new decals. Confirm billing address via email. **Decals for 2019/2020 were not received (both Abbotsford location).
