Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer in labeled spray bottle was measured at greater than 200 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Sanitizer was re-tested at 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at the correct concentration for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (for example, for bleach water sanitizer: 100 to 200 ppm chlorine).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mouse droppings observed on some shelves in back storage area, and along floor under equipment in hard-to-reach areas. In addition, dead mouse observed on trap under chest freezer. Note: Droppings/mouse appear to be desiccated, may not be recent.
Corrective Action(s): Corrected. Trap removed, above-noted areas were cleaned and sanitized. Ensure noted areas are cleaned on a regular basis, and monitor for new pest activity. Follow pest control program to limit pest entry, harbourage, and potential food sources.

Note: Food storage not affected. Limited dry storage items are in original packaging or covered containers. No evidence of contamination. No evidence of contamination of food utensils/equipment.
