Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezer -25C; temperatures monitored; and freezer electronically alarmed.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests. Mechanical traps present for monitoring.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; and stored 6" off the floor on tables or pallets.
- New food products being made: powder and biscuits. Freeze dried fruits and veggies are freeze dried, then grounded into a powder (specific machine does this) and then packaged. The powder is also pressed into a biscuit that is consumed.
