Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine from January 7, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BKLTMV). The following observations were noted at time of inspection:
Dry storage room is in significantly improved sanitary condition, as well as the area underneath the stairs. Rodent droppings have been removed
Dough presser and can opener in good sanitary condition. Remember that these items should be routinely cleaned (e.g. at least every 4 hours)
Pest control company present during the inspection - all mechanical traps reset. Mice noted in traps in the dry storage room and underneath the hand wash station
All flour bags will now be placed inside plastic drums with tight-fitting lids
Frequency of professional pest control visits should be increased to at least bi-weekly

Another spot check may be done at a later time to check for compliance. It is essential that you keep your premise in good sanitary condition and work with your professional pest control company.
