Observation: Produce cleaning knives stored outside of produce cutting room, visibly soiled with debris on magnetic knife strip.
Corrective Action(s): Food equipment, food utensils and clean in place food contact surfaces must be manually cleaned and sanitized following the 4 step method;
1)clean surface of debris using warm water and detergent,
2)rinse surface with warm water,
3)immerse for 2 minutes in 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer solution,
4)allow surface of item to air dry before next use.

Produce cutting to take place in cutting room in presence of cleaning facilities and handwashing facilities for staff to use.

Premise has not been constructed according to approved floor plan.
- 3 display cooler sections in produce department have been removed from the premise
- online shopping storage cooler units have been arranged to obstruct access to end freezer unit
- online shopping storage area - milk crates installed in place of shelving units
Corrective Action(s): Provide updated, as-built floor plan to reflect actual store renovations.

Re-arrange online shopping cold storage units to allow complete access to each cold storage unit.

Remove milk crates from online shopping area and provide adequate number of shelving units to store inventory off the floor and allow for regular cleaning.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
