Facility had gone through a major renovation. Routine inspection conducted before reopening:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating below required temperature of -18'C. Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
-Hot-holding units above 60'C. Warmers not on at this time. Ensure these warmers are operating at or above 60'C before transferring food (i.e. rice).
-Automated Quats dispenser at correct concentration. 200ppm Quats to be available in buckets throughout kitchen, as well as in labelled spray bottles for the front. Buckets to be changed every 2 hours during operation.
-Ventilation canopy hoods serviced. Next service to be scheduled in July 2019.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved <50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Food storage practice satisfactory. Dry storage room still being organized/cleaned at this time.
-Professional pest control company contracted for regular visits (once/week). All holes were filled and walls- main entry points- were redone with ceramic tiles.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Abell- Recent reports checked.
-Renovation completed as per approved plans. Washroom handsinks satisfactory.

Health Approval Granted to reopen for business, conditionalon that the following requirements are met before opening to the public tomorrow:
- Remove all unnecessary equipment (i.e. ladder) from the dining/kitchen area.
- Put away all food products/take-out containers etc. to the designated storage spots- remove all garbage/recycles.
- Remove dust from and clean all surfaces- floors/walls.
- Wash and sanitize all food prep surfaces using 200ppm Quats.
