Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Right sandwich prep cooler inserts with cut veggies noted at 10 C. Cooler temp under insert noted at 4 C
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all coolers are capable of maintaining PHFs at or below 4 C.
Operator is monitoring unit and inserts with probe thermometer. Inserts are half full and used within 2 hours. When cooler is not in use the lid is lowered. Morning and evening temps in log appear to be under 4 C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle and dispenser noted at 0 ppm QUATS
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is available at 200 ppm QUATS - use test strips to check sanitizer concentration.
***Sanitizer bottle refilled at neighboring unit at 200 ppm QUATS. Operator will refill solution here until onsite sanitizer dispenser is repaired.

Observation: 1.Sanitizer dispenser noted at 0 ppm QUATS - line appears full of air, connection to water line appears to be leaking.
2. Right prep sandwich cooler noted at 10 C at the insert and 4 C under insert - ice cubes noted under bottom of inserts. Gaps between inserts noted.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure sanitizer dispenser is capable of dispensing sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATS. Repair dispenser.

2. Sandwich cooler must be able to maintain all food in inserts at or below 4 C. If unit is unable to do so then cooler may require service. Fit inserts closely together to trap cold air and use cooler lid as often as possible during hot ambient temperatures. Monitor unit often and report findings to EHO. Contact service tech to look at unit if unit is struggling to maintain temp below 4 C
