Routine inspection conducted: -Handwash stations adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Temperature monitoring system in place. -100-200ppm chlorine solution available in a labelled spray bottle. -High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. NOTE: Ensure the dishwasher is achieving 60-65'C for wash and 82'C for 10 seconds for rinse before placing the first load for the day. -Front serving area satisfactory. Washroom handsinks satisfactory. -No evidence of pest activity observed. -General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory. However, as mentioned above, kitchen requires better organization throughout. Follow-up inspection will be conducted on Friday, July 28th.
