- High temperature dishwasher available. Final rinse temperature reached 77.6C at the plate level.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in containers with wiping cloths
- Dry storage area is well-maintained
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
