Professional pest control service conducted a crack and crevice pesticide application the evening of Oct 19, 2021 to address active cockroach population. Premise operator conducted deep cleaning throughout premise prior to pest control service and following pest control service. Live cockroach activity not observed following treatment and cleaning measures. Closure Order complied with and now rescinded. Premise may re-open when ready.
