Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Line cooler was at 3-4 deg C. High temp dishwasher reached 73 deg C at plate surface. For functions/gathering, a designated caterer provides the food. All food-related items and equipment stored off the floor across the hallway. No signs of pests noted at time of visit. Pest control monitoring in place. Premises was clean and organized. General sanitation was satisfactory. Monitor freezer and cooler on a regular basis (use temp. log) and dishwasher when there are functions.
