Premises has rebranded and changed menu. Renovation completed and updated floor plan has been received. Food safety plan and Sanitation plan were submitted and approved.

Front:
Handsink is fully equipped.
Prep sink present.
Cooler at 4C or below.
Ice machine operational. *Ensure scooper is stored separately in a clean container.

Back:
Handsink is fully equipped.
Prep sink present.
2-compartment sink present with low temperature dishwasher attached. Final rinse water measured 50ppm chlorine. Test strips available.
1 freezer unit measured at -18C or below.
2-door upright cooler, undercounter (meat) cooler, slide door cooler at 4C or below.
Ventilation hood in sanitary condition.

Monthly pest control by AA Happy Pest Control Services - ensure to keep physical copies of the pest reports available on site. 4 tincat traps are installed inside the kitchen. 1 trap inside the storage cabinet. Insect monitors also observed.
Washroom handsinks are fully equipped.
Chlorine sanitizer was made at the time of inspection with the operator. Ensure to keep at least one sanitizer bottle at the front and one at the kitchen. They should be at 100-200ppm chlorine.
