- All cooling units at 4C or below. - Freezer at -18C or below. - Handsinks in the kitchen and in the washroom are fully equipped. - High temperature dishwasher measured at 71C or above during the final rinse cycle. - Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine with test strip (mix 1L water with 1 cap full of bleach to achieve this concentration) - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Note: Equip an extra spray bottle of sanitizer for use in the front. Label all your sanitizer spray bottles indicating that they are "sanitizer". A follow up inspection will be conducted on March 25, 2022 to ensure the violation noted above is corrected. Report reviewed with the operator.
