Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Smoothie in open display cooler measured to be at 21.7C at the internal temperature and has been in the cooler since yesterday.
Corrective action: Operator voluntarily disposed of smoothies during the time of inspection.
Rationale: cold potentially hazardous foods, eg. smoothies, can support the growth of bacteria and production of toxins when stored in the danger zone (4-60C) for > 2 hours which can contribute to foodborne illness when consumed.

Observation: Open display cooler measured to have ambient temperature of 21.9C.
Corrective action: Contact a technician to fix the cooler. do not store any potentially hazardous food in the cooler until fixed by technician and verified to be working by health inspector.
Rationale: The cooler needs to be in good working order to keep cold potentially hazardous foods maintained at 4C or lower in order to prevent the growth of pathogens, ie. harmful bacteria and reduce the incidence of foodborne illness.

General observations noted during the inspection.
-Handsink equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
-Washroom handsink equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
-Frecal machine observed to be in sanitary condition and cleaned daily.
-Two compartment sink observed to be in sanitary condition for manual warewashing.
-Ice-cream freezer (chest and upright) measured to be at -18C.
-QUATS sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm.
-Beverage coolers maintained at satisfactory temperatures.
-Bagged ice observed to be stored in sanitary condition.
