- Routine inspection conducted. Inspection was conducted with Food Safety Scientist from BCCDC.
- All hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Food contact surface sanitizer available in spray bottles measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Dishwasher near sweet prep area dispensed 50 ppm chlorine during final cycle
- All (3) walk-in coolers, prep coolers, sweets display cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Freezers - walk-in and kulfi storage are less than -18C
- Hot holding units are greater than 60C
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- FOODSAFE level 1 certified staff present on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
