Comments

Met with new owner, Janine and they are not proposing any changes to the approved floor plans or food safety plan menu.

Daily temp logs are available, posted
Approved sanitizer, bleach used fro the food prep area and pl. ensure to store wiping cloths in the approved sanitizer all the time.
Quats used at the 3 comp. sink and at the customer area (200 ppm).
Quats test strips available.
Two food handlers certified available a the time of inspection - discussed FS certification expired on July 2018. Reminder card provided.
The following items need your attention:
1. Permit fee ($150) paid to Fraser Health, cheq to be brought to our office by tomorrow so we can process your application and permit transfer.
2. Floor in the walk in cooler will be resurfaced by our next inspection.
3. Hand wash station to be supplied with disposable paper towels (front hot water station missing)
4. Cleaning and sanitation, pl. use your approved sanitation and cleaning schedules so all food surfaces, walls, floors, ceiling vent in the walk in cooler have been cleaned more frequently.
5. Items, christmas decoration not required for food premises operation to be removed from the back storage area and all food items to be stored away from the floor 6 in.
