Facility requires serious attention - Have pest technician inspect area and provide recommendations. Last inspection report did not mention any recommendations for rodent activity. Contact Pest technician immediately. Areas in which rodent activity is high are difficult to reach. Professional cleaning may be required.

Future inspections with a HIGH HAZARD rating as a result of pest infestations will result in CLOSURES OR FINES - FINAL WARNING
