Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated June 5, 2019 the licensee was present with 6 children. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

Promoting Active Play in the program
Active Supervision during indoor and outdoor play, eating and heating up lunches
Ways to keep record of parent/guardian notification if a parent/ guardian was notified of a minor incident involving their child
