1) (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Styrofoam observed within the knife holder by the counter and by the back handwash sink.
2) Exposed wood by the doors of pizza ingredient coolers.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Styrofoam removed at the time of inspection.
2) Replace plastic covering/cover exposed wood.
