Observation: During time of inspection, bulk hopper/ feeders were observed to be covered with pieces of cardboard
Few droppings were located under milk crates in this area
No food items observed to be affected
Corrective Action(s): Do not use cardboard to cover, this material is not durable and cannot prevent entry of pests
Ensure that lids/ covers are pest proof and able to cover hoppers fully
Ensure to use materials that are durable, easily cleanable, smooth and impervious to moisture

Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1) Fan covers located in walk in cooler observed to have slight - moderate accumulation of dust/ mildew
2) Accumulation of various bulk items (i.e., grains, beans, spices) spillage in hard to reach areas such as bulk bin service area, dry goods storage area
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure fan covers are wiped down, cleaned and maintained on a regular basis
2) Ensure that thorough cleaning is done and all spillage is removed from hard to reach areas
Ensure that facility is cleaned thoroughly frequently
