Paper report# 252896 A follow-up inspection was conducted. Foods in the walk-in cooler were covered. Raw chicken was stored separately from ready-to-eat foods in the cooler. Sanitizer for food contact surface was available at 200ppm QUAT. Please ensure to clean the highly touched surfaces and organize the back storage. Signatures obtained on the paper report.
