Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Child Care Licensing Regulationand the applicable Director of Licensing Standards of Practice. All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All coded items from the previous routine inspection report #SMOY-BLNV3S dated February 10, 2020 have been addressed (note: tables have been ordered and the Manager is awaiting shipment). As part of this routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic this report was reviewed with the Manager at the time of the inspection. This report was written off site (time spent: .33 hours) and a copy was sent to the Manager.
