-discussed pest control and prevention steps that have been taken -door sweep has been installed on all washroom doors as well as door to the kitchen from the brewery. *Door sweeps will be added to the doors on the closet in the kitchen -Organizing and de-cluttering has been done in the kitchen, bar and the chemical storage closet -metal baseboard has been installed throughout the perimeter of the kitchen and bar area with tile baseboard installed in the seating area with metal behind. This is to prevent pests from entering -Pest control coming in weekly to monitor the traps and remove any that are caught -One cupboard with plumbing/drain through the floor still has droppings. This cupboard is latched shut to prevent rodents from exiting. -a few droppings found in the chemical storage closet as well as the closet in the kitchen
