A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CD8UTY and the following observations were made - Areas under fryer and grill observed to be cleaned compared to observations made during routine inspection. Operator reports further deep cleaning is scheduled after fryer is removed to be repaired. Please send EHO photo of the fryer area after the deep clean - Areas under the soda syrup rack and below the freezer maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Recommend including area under soda syrup rack to be included in the weekly cleaning schedule routine
