Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Food contact surfaces were unsanitary; sanitizer was not set up or ready to use and wiping rags were found hanging on shelving, etc; these are unsanitary practises
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized through out the day; provide sanitizer in all work areas and store wiping rags in sanitary manner(eg. in sanitizer between use)

Observation: * Multiple food items found uncovered in storage areas including walk-in cooler and dry storage areas; operator reminded AGAIN to cover food in storage areas to protect from contamination; these foods were discarded; also, personal cell phone and coffee mug found on food contact surface and this is unsantary and can lead to cross contamination; operator reminded to store personal items away from food/food equipment; also, jackets/purses found hanging above food products and this is unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all food covered properly and protected from contamination, covered and maintained in sanitary manner; ensure all personal items kept away from food/food equipment; also, store personal jackets/purses away from food/food equipment-- staff lockers available for this storage
