Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several containers of sauces and salad dressings were stored in beverage cooler at 6.7C:

Correction: all containers were relocated to standup cooler in storage room. Food items that require refrigeration after opening must be stored in 4C or colder.
