A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CC4QHK and the following observation were made: - Sanitizer dispenser has been serviced by technician and is able to produce 200 ppm QUATs - Ice cream scoops were observed to be stored in dry conditions - Ice bin was observed to be free of any contaminates - High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 72.3C on the dish surface - Ensure temperature for the dishwasher is monitored and documented
