Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CLUTDV
All food stored protected in the walk-in cooler and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Proper scoops, with handles, are now noted in use in the bulk food containers.
Frozen raw meat was observed to be thawing properly under running water during the inspection.
All areas noted requiring sanitary attention during the last routine inspection has now been cleaned and appears sanitary. Please keep up the good work and maintain the facility in this condition at all time.

Note: Chlorine sanitizer was checked at the start of the follow-up inspection and > 200 ppm chlorine residual was detected (chlorine sanitizer strip was bleached out). Staff diluted the sanitizer solution when issue was pointed out. 200 ppm chlorine residual was detected after the solution was remixed. Ensure to use the proper concentration for chlorine (100 - 200 ppm) for proper sanitation of food contact surfaces. When the concentration is too high, any residual that is not evaporated may be transferred to food and potentially lead to a chemical hazard in food.
