Gen: Dishwasher repaired. Final rinse concentration of approx 75ppm observed in final rinse (chlorine)
Gen: Bleach sanitizer currently used in spray bottles.
*Gen:Concentration is too strong. Use ratio of 1 cap/gallon of water when mixing
*Gen: Recommend purchasing quat sanitizer as well. As the quat test strips to verify concentration (200ppm)
*Gen: Change sanitizer solution in the wiping cloth container every 2 hours or more frequency depending on the organic load
