Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- All handwash sinks (front/back) equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and single-use hand towels in dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated red buckets at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Ensure to change out the sanitizer regularly (ie every 4 hours)
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity. A third party pest control company inspects on a monthly basis. Pest summary reports available and reviewed at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Operating Permit posted in a conspicuous area. Ensure to post a valid decal once arrived in the mail.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean, sanitary condition. Handwash sinks fully stocked.
