A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Bleach sanitizer used for bottles, instruments and fermentation containers. [Cl2] above 200ppm. - Hand sink (in washroom) had running hot and cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels. - General sanitation level is satisfactory. - No signs of pests. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves. - All surfaces in good working order. - All in order. **Decluttering and organization of the premises is needed. Discard any old, extra, broken or unused items from the premises. This will increase the ease of cleaning the premises.**
