Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The peeling paint on the ceiling and walls has been removed and repainted. All surfaces are smooth, sealed and cleanable. - Duct tape removed from packaging machine and a sealed, durable, metal tape used. Routinely remove tape, especially when it becomes worn, and replace with new. - One handwashing sink, in the cutting room, has been disconnected from use as no hot water supply. This is acceptable as there is a second handwashing station (beside the 3-compartment sink) in the cutting room that is within a 10 feet access radius. This handwashing sink has running hot and cold water. Remove the handwashing signs from the disconnected sink to show that staff do NOT use it. - All violations have been corrected. - All in order.
