Routine inspection conducted:

- No changes to food operations.
- Cooler unit at 3 degrees C.
- Baby room coolers at 1 to 3 degrees C. Note: Recommend defrost of freezer compartments.
- Freezer unit at -21 degrees C
- Thermometers available within cold holding units. Probe thermometers available on site for internal food temperature checks.
- Food is covered and protected from contamination.
- Non-latex gloves available
- Hand washing sink is accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 75 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, detergent, and three sink plugs. Bleach on site.
- Bleach water sanitizer available in a labeled spray bottle. Note: Chlorine test strip started to "bleach out" (chlorine concentration above 200 ppm). Bleach water solution was diluted to 100 to 200 ppm chlorine at time of inspection. Ensure all staff are preparing bleach water sanitizer at the correct concentration (100 to 200 ppm chlorine). Directions are posted on wall above three compartment sink.

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
