- ECOMM Area, General Retail Area, Back End/ Storage Area, Vegetable Prep Area:
- Coolers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤4C).
- Freezers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤-18C).
- All temperature controlled units are on alarmed Microtherm system (except for one island produce case in produce retail area).

- No food preparation or packaging in ECOMM Area. Area is used for storing grocery orders before pick-up.

- Vegetable Prep Area:
- Area used for trimming produce and slicing melons.
- Cut melons are wrapped and stored in retail display cooler units.
- Handsink is accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- 200 ppm QUATS available for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- QUATS test strips available to verify sanitizer concentration.

- No floral prep on-site. All bouquets are received wrapped and ready for sale.
- Retail Lead states that bouquets are occasionally stored in Dairy Walk-In Cooler.
**Ensure that bouquets are stored away and separately from food products. All food products in Dairy Walk-In Cooler should be entirely packaged.

- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

- Assistant Store Manager states that minimal rodent activity was observed by employees in back end storage area. Pest control company was contacted and additional monitoring traps placed to determine potential entry points. No pest activity has been noted in the general retail area.
**Continue to monitor pest activity. Report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control service technician.
**Regularly rotate pallets so that all areas throughout the back end storage area can be thoroughly cleaned and pest monitoring can take place.
**Ensure all areas are accessible for pest control service.
