Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Observed no chlorine from the spray bottle sanitizer. Manager stated it was made today. It appears that the spray was not used today and the initial sprays did not read any chlorine from the test strips.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure to actively use the sanitizer to wipe general & food contact surface. Sanitizer was made again by the staff at the time of inspection.

Comments

- All handwash stations have hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezer at -8C to -13C.
- Time records maintained for savory buns. Manager stated they are discarded after 2 hours in ambient.
- Ensure manual dishwashing method is in place for washing containers and utensils. Follow the order of wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry. Bleach and drain plug available on site.
- No storage space in the parkade area.
- Overall sanitation satisfactory.
- Manager certified with SafeCheck Food Safety.
- Biweekly pest control monitoring from the strata. Replace the glue boards in the two of the tincat traps.
