The further approval of the new frozen yogurt is still in process.
The set up at the store is approved.

Learned that the BCCDC, Food Safety Specialist, is requiring the following information from the owner/and the Head office before this new equipment can be in use.

1) Is there a “cleaning” process after each cycle? (I am not referring to the daily process, but after each cup or series of cups)
2) YF Manual - Dairy cleaning/sanitizing process step 5: is the sanitizer meant to be both a cleaner and sanitizer? It is more likely that a separate cleaning and sanitizing step is required, and the appropriate update of the procedures.
