Facility is approved for food storage only (no processing, handling or cooking on site)

Observations:
- General sanitation of facility is good during inspection
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Pest control company completes monthly inspections
- Pest report copy obtained during inspection
- Walk-in cooler at 0'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Infrared thermometer available on site. Staff stated that temperatures are verified throughout the day
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
*REMINDER: temperature logs are maintained. Ensure to keep a record of cooler and freezer temperatures (at least once daily or as per approved food safety plan)
