Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One sanitizing pail near the front kitchen hand washing station measured with 0 ppm quats solution. 200 ppm is required for properly sanitizing food contact surfaces. This is repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the solution and refilled with 200 ppm quats solution. Educate the staffs to use test strips to verify the sanitizer concentration.
