Routine inspection conducted:
No changes to facility layout or equipment. Facility is in use for private events that are catered and for use by club members.
Walk in cooler at 6 degrees C at time of inspection. Monitor and adjust or repair as necessary to ensure that temperatures of 4 degrees C or less are maintained. No potentially hazardous food storage at time of inspection.
Chest freezer at -21 degrees C.
Glass cooler is not on at time of inspection. Ensure unit is plugged in and reaches a temperature of 4 degrees C or less prior to use. No food storage.
Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary condition
Hand sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 64 degrees C and 50 ppm chlorine.
Bleach available on site. Poster provided with instructions on chemical sanitizer preparation. Ensure that sanitizer is prepared accordingly for use when the kitchen is in use.
No signs of pest activity observed.
Note: Small amount of mildew on shelving in walk in cooler. Ensure mildew is removed and shelving is sanitized.
