Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temp dishwasher - wash water temp is at 50C (ok) but there is no final sanitizing rinse - 0ppm chlorine detected after running the machine twice. Machine was primed and 25ppm detected.
Corrective Action(s): Manually sanitize all dishes and utensils after they have been cleaned. If doing manually, use 100-200ppm chlorine. When using dishwasher, it must be able to provide a 50ppm chlorine final rinse.
