Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Hot holding units operating above 60'C.
- Thermometers in place for temperature monitoring.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser. Sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled.
NOTE: Ensure to have the spray bottle refilled on a regular basis.
- Tools in drawers maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Foods obtained from approved sources. General food storage practice satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation level of the facility had improved from the last routine inspection. Good.
