- Rice cooker 66C
- Temperature logs NOT maintained. Highly recommend maintaining and updating a temperature logs on a daily basis
- Sanitizer pail stocked with 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure to keep cleaning wipes inside the sanitizer pails
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 77.4C on dish surface
- 2 compartment sink equipped with sink plugs
- Food kept off floor level
- No sign of pests
- Pest control reports not kept on site. Ensure to print copies and keep on site
