General comments:
General sanitation of the premises is satisfactory.
All hand sinks were equipped with liquid soap, paper towels or hand drier, and hot/cold running water.
Chemicals stored away from food items.
3-compartment sinks available on-site, but does not have sink plugs available.
Surface Quat spray sanitizer registered 200ppm
All coolers registered temperatures below 4C (creamer cooler, beverage coolers, grab and go cooler)
All freezer units registered temperatures at/below -18C (milkshake freezers, front-end chest freezer)
All grab and go items were within their expiration dates.
No signs of pests observed during time of inspection.
Chest freezer beside 3-compartment sink empty and not-in-use (unplugged) during time of inspection.
Dry storage is well organized.
Pest control report from May 1, 2025 available.
Recommendations:
3-compartment sink must be available for manual ware washing. Staff claimed at time of inspection that equipment is cleaned by other staff (slushy and coffee machine). Manual warewashing requires ink plugs and sanitizer. However, there are no plugs, and Quat sanitizer is running low. Please ensure to have sufficient supply of sanitizer.

Ensure that slushy and coffee machine is taken apart for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
Bulk bleach is also available for staff to use.
Note: During time of inspection, The following items were observed in the 3-compartment sink : shovel, windshield cleaning equipment, bucket.
