Routine inspection: Front and back hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Dishwasher registers 72 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 2 compartment sink. 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles and containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. All 3 preparation coolers with inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter sections at or below 4 degrees C. Upright freezer at -21 degrees C. Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Hot holding at or above 60 degrees C. FOODSAFE requiremetns met at time of inspection. Permit posted by cash register area. Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
