Dishwasher registers 72 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station at 2 compartment sink.
200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottles and containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
All 3 preparation coolers with inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Under the counter sections at or below 4 degrees C.
